Move In Just 10 Minutes—Corrugated Folding Houses Respond Quickly To Construction Needs

Foldable container houses are a new type of prefab house developed and innovated independently. This folding house performs well in terms of thermal insulation, fire resistance, waterproofing, and cold resistance, and can be repeatedly folded and recycled, meeting emergency housing standards while reducing air pollution and industrial waste. After initial communication, our Argentine client visited the factory and selected 12 sets of corrugated foldable houses over the quick-assembly flat pack houses. The material selection for our foldable house is as follows:

1. The product features a steel frame constructed from Q235 rectangular tubes and special-shaped tubes, welded together for durability and earthquake resistance.  

2. Insulation material uses Class A fire-resistant rock wool composite panels, with wall thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm, providing insulation and fire resistance.  

3. All gaps are sealed with neutral silicone sealant and sealing strips.

4. The structure is designed to withstand earthquakes up to magnitude 8 and winds up to level 10.  

The foldable house is easy to install, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. On-site installation does not require a foundation, and setup takes only 3-5 minutes. It unfolds into a self-contained structure and can be folded and unfolded over 500 times. The product has a service life of up to 10 years, is easy to disassemble, and is convenient for transportation, with relatively low transportation costs. Compared to traditional color-coated steel houses, it can save approximately two-thirds of the parts costs.

The corrugated folding house chosen by Argentina are a new replacement product based on traditional folding boxes. The advantages of this product over traditional folding houses are as follows:  

1. Heavier weight, significantly improved wind resistance and seismic resistance.  

2. All profiles are made of galvanized materials with strong corrosion resistance;

3. The structural profiles are high-frequency welded with a male-female joint design, providing exceptional waterproofing and wind/sand resistance.  

4. All materials are fire-resistant, high-quality, and meticulously crafted, enhancing the product's usability.  

5. Earthquake resistance rating: Grade 8; wind resistance rating: Grade 10;

6. The wall panel structure is welded, with corrugated iron sheets for the exterior walls.

After 15 days of production, Shandong Yiwan completed the production on time and to specification. After packaging and reinforcement at the factory, the houses were successfully delivered to our long-term shipping agent for transportation and successfully delivered to the customer's port. The customer received the prefab mobile folding houses and successfully completed the installation according to the installation instructions and videos provided by our company, and praised our products highly.
